How many cylindrical jars of diameter 16 cm and height 28 cm can be filled from a cylindrical vessel of diameter 60cm and height 40 cm?

Volume of the larger cylinder
= Number of smaller jars * Volume of each jar

N * π*8^2*28 = π*30^2*40
N = 30*30*40/8*8*28
N ~ approximately 2 jars can be fir in the bigger vessel.
