How many different triangle in the same area can be drawn without changing the length of 2 sides

triangle will be acute, the other obtuse. a right triangle cannot work because the axis of symmetry would be the right angle and no change would occur. It appears we can alter the height and width to get the same area by making the sub-triangles 4x3. any other angle cannot produce 12 as base*height.
