Given
Length of sheet=1m25cm=125cm

Breath =85cm

So
Area of sheet =lxb

=125x85

=10625cm²

Length of envelope =17cm

Breath of envelope =5cm

Area of paper required for one =lxb

=17x5

=85cm²

Envelope can be made=area of sheet / area of one envelope

=10625/85

=125 envelopes

This is ur ans hope it will help you

Sheet of paper
length (l) = 1m25cm
=100cm + 25 cm
= 125cm

breadth = 85 Cm

area of sheet of paper = L × B (as ,they re in the form of rectangles )

= 125×85
=10625 cm^2

area of the envelope require ( rectangles in shape) = L × B

l = 17cm
b= 5cm

= 17×5
=85cm^2

no. Of envelopes = n ( let say )
no. Of envelopes can be made (n )=
Ar. Of the sheet of paper ÷ Ar. Of the envelope required

n = 10625 ÷ 85
n = 125

thus , 125 Envelopes can be made.
