When I stands for Indian you have to apply through JOSAA and your your Mains AIR is considered. So cutoffs vary each year there’s also home state quota and reservation so depends person to person.Look upto JOSAA results for cutoffs. But here’s one exception IIIT-BBSR(I for International) you have to apply separately through their portal and your Mains marks are considered least cutoff may be around 140 for ECE and probably same for IT/CE and finally around 150 for CSE(however cutoffs aren’t revealed yet). Also there may be some exception like IIIT-BBSR(idk about them).

WHen I stands for International(IIIT-H and IIIT-B) for IIIT-H you have to apply saparately through their portal. It’s the best college for computers in India. So you can imagine cutoffs! They consider your Mains marks. There’re different types of courses single to dual degree and you can look on their sites for cutoffs and other information. Usually you need to score 220+ to get any branch there. Now for IIIT-B it’s also the renowned college. Again you need to apply separately through their portal and again the cutoffs are as high as 170 to 180+. Look upto their sites for more info.

When I stands for Indraprastha(IIIT-D) you need to apply through JAC counselling which is usually held for DTU, NSIT and IIIT-D. It’s also one of the top college! SO again cutoffs are high vary year to year(upto 180–200+).
