The other answers are technically wrong. There are 313 natural numbers not greater than 5432 when you count 1, 2, 3, and 4 digit numbers. Again, I want to sharpen my dull perl programming talents, so I wrote a little routine to check my answer. (I tried pasting in the program and its output, but Quora editor inserts a blank line after every submitted line!?!?) So here is an image of the program and output.

If we limit it to 4 digit numbers, I get 229 as the answer which agrees with one other answer.

If anyone wants the text of the perl script, message me.

shadowsabers03: Nice answer. Keep it up.
