There are mainly four parts of heart which are right auricle , left auricle, right ventricle and left ventricle. Auricles are at the top whereas ventricle are at the bottom.

When the oxygenated blood reach the right auricle, it contract and pour that into right ventricle. Then right ventricle transports the oxygenated blood to all the parts of the body (except lungs). All the parts recieve the oxygenated blood and deoxygenated blood is transported back to the heart in its left auricle. After this left auricle contracts and deoxygenated blood goes into left ventricle. Finally left ventricle sends the deoxygenated blood to lungs for reoxygenation .
