how many seconds are there in a decade?

1 hr. = 60 minutes

so, 1 hr = 60×60 = 3600 seconds

now, 1 day = 3600 ×24
= 86,400 seconds

now, 365 days = 86400× 365 =31,536,000

1 decade= 10 years

so, 1 decade= 31,536,000 × 10
= 315,360,000 seconds.
