There are only 'one' space is required between punctuation
So the answer is option 1 .

But in case if you are using hyphen  then there is no need to give any space.

Hi I have an answer for you

The answer is one space

Separating with punctuation. With a PC, utilize just a single space following periods, commas, semicolons, colons, shout focuses, question marks, and quotes. The space required after these accentuation marks is proportioned consequently. Utilize no spaces on either side of a hyphen.

Utilize no spaces on either side of a hyphen.
