Distributive justice also called economic justice is regarding fairness in what people receive from goods to attention.  

Principle of fairness is found in idea of fair play as opposed to the fair share of distributive justice.

Liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship.

Equality of status and chance and promoting between all.

Fraternity confirming the respect of individual and unity and integrity of the nation.

The constitution of India focuses on the four basic rights of all its citizen irrespective of its caste, creed, gender, status etc.

These four basic rights are

1. Justice: which relates to social, political and economic justice

2. Liberty: by which every individual is free to express their views, ideas, religious practices, faith etc

3. Equality: signifying all people are same irrespective of their social status

4. Fraternity: creating a bond of love and affection among all the citizen of the country
