  • The molar mass is the relative atomic mass which is represented in g/mol. For example, 1 mole of carbon has a 12.01 mass.
  • Mass of 1 mole = molecular weight/mass of that substance. For example, the molecular weight of water = 18.015 amu, therefore 1 mole of water weighs 18.015 gm.
