Hi friend ,
Radius of cone = 3.5 cm
Height of cone = 12 cm
Voume of cone = 1/3×π×r^2×h
Vol. of ice cream that can be put in the cone
= 1/3×22/7×3.5×3.5×12 cm ^ 3
= 154 cm^3

Hope this helped u...

Given :

Base radius (r) = 3.5 cm

Height (H) = 12 cm

To Find :

Volume of the cone

Solution :

We need to find the volume of the cone in order to find the amount of ice-cream that can be put in a cone

∴ The volume of ice cream that can be put in a cone = Volume of the cone

The formula for volume of a cone is \frac{1}{3} \pi r^2h

where, r = Radius of the base of the cone; h = height of the cone

Volume of the cone = \frac{1}{3} \pi r^2h

                                 =  \frac{1}{3}* \frac{22}{7} *(3.5)^{2} *12

                                 =  \frac{3234}{21}

                                 =  154 cm³

∴ 154 cm³ of ice cream can be put into a cone with the base radius 3.5 cm and height 12cm.
