Solving this problem by allegation and mixture method

15%gain=5.64

115% = 5.64

100%  = (5.64/115) × 100

= 4.9

The weights are in ratios 0.1:1.9

1:19

If 19 parts= 9kg

Then 1 part = 9/19

(9/20=0.45 approx)

So 9/19 is slightly greater than that =0.47
