Bringing awareness in people of peace rather than being violent. By advising them to do meditation in order to control their mind and words(as words are the main cause for any violence). By being positive you can take things lite. By decreasing sensitivity. By reading the books of great people like Mahatma Gandhi(My experiments with truth) so you can be inspired. Changing your mindset is the most important thing. Stand behind truth. Where there is truth peace is the shadow of truth.
