it would be a fair assumption to make that a country with a large amount of natural resources would be more likely to develop faster .this could be assumed because natural resources in a country would be likely to stimulate trade at first within that country ,and later to outside countries .large areas of land stimulate population and large population means cheap labhour and birth master minds and hence there will rapid enhancement in technology , more technology means more development .like this there are many more examples of interrelationships of resources and development
