The executive body brings about a bill which is made into law by the legislative body, the High Court exercises the power of legislation as well as the execution thus has the power to nullify or to enact the law.

Explanation:

The bill is passed by the executive body which then goes into the legislative body for the law making. When the law is being made, it is then went through the High Court to check its integrity of abiding by the constitution where the principles of the passed law is checked and when sought integrated then only enacted or else being nullified by the High Court.
