First , mirrors are formed from hot liquid mixture of sand and chemicals . That chemical , when placed on bend ball made of smooth iron coating of zinc , the liquid curved to take shape . Then , it modified into curved mirror due to solidified . Then , worked take measure concave or convex mirror from that spherical mirror and cut through diamond blade .
