I think it is very necessary to keep difference between personal and professional life because our family want our time that is their right. So we should not do our office work at home. And sometimes we have to face a situation when we have to take strict decision against our duty. At the time of duty we should not think about the benefit of our family instead of we should do our best for our organization. and in the same way we should remain honest towards our family at the time of spending our time with family.
