As i am a monitor to my class i have experienced for 8 years it is still continuing.
Being a leader is not so easy thing - We have to participate in all aspects - We should have guts to do all things - Moreover we should be all rounder.
In this way we can be a best monitor.
As in my school i got the title as - BEST LEADER OF MY CLASS !!!
We can also say it is our hobby to be as a monitor. As i think.
