How to change active voice into passive voice and vice versa. Also tell the format of active and passible voice like subject+helping verb+adjective etc.

Active Voice    -  The subject(person/thing) performs some action
Passive Voice -  The verb(action) done by a subject is mainly mentioned

Examples:

Active Voice    - Jack painted the entire house.
(describes about Jack, the subject)

Passive Voice  - The entire house was painted by Jack.
(describes paint done by Jack)

entire             - adjective 
subject/noun - Jack/house
verb              - paint
