how to construct a triangle XYZ having YZ= 4cm, hypotenuse XZ= 5.6cm and angle Y=90 degree ​

Answer:

draw a line of length 4 cm and mark Y , Z at both the ends...

now measure 90 degree using the protractor from y

hypotenuse is already provided,

and we know that hypotenuse square = base square + altitude square

and base square = hypotenuse square - altitude square

altitude square= hypotenuse square- base square

we got base 4 centimetre. , hypotenuse is equal to 5.6 cm

altitude square(a^2)=(5.6)^2-4^2

=31.36-16

=15.36

a^2.= 15.36

a= √15.36

a= 3.9

now draw a line of 3.9 CM from y with angle 90 degree and mark it as x...

now join the points X and y

we get a triangle
