How to convert numbers into angles for a pie chart?

as easy as u think
just see the numbber and the total
for eg
the pie chart consist of 5 children who are passed in 5 deiiferent subjects like phy maths bio chemistry and english respectively....and total students who passed are 45
and we have to find angle of the students passed in maths and mths students are 5
so the equation will be like
5/45*360=40 degree
so it is how we find the angles
no.or quantity/total amount*360=the ans
and if u r given with the angle and have to find total students then it will be inverted..

This is just an example to show you and to see whether it is correct or not add all degrees if it is 360° then it is correct
