Hi

1. Tap and hold on the text you want to copy

2. Make you selection according to your need

3. Now it depends from where you want to copy, cut text because cut option will be appear if that area is editable otherwise only copy option will appear

4. If you want to select all of the text then tap on Select All option then press on copy or cut whatever you want.

And FYI this feature is related to Operating System... not keyboard.
