You can use the" I want to delete my account "button, which is located inside the 'Preferences tab' on your profile settings page.
Simply i will tell u
1.Take your profile
2.open the Settings
3. there is an option called"preferences tab".click that
4.at the bottom that panel, there will be an option-"delete my account"

This moderators can do ask any moderator to delete your account and maybe this is answer but I am not sure.
