Because of the sensitive nature of this action , only administrators can delete the accounts. you can request that your account can be deleted using one of the following methods : -
1] use the I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT button located inside the preferences tab on your profile settings page.
2] use the contact form to make the request by email
3] approach any moderator or administrator and ask for help
