Type in : "(book name) solution PDF "
eg. The elegant universe PDF
Search for the link that has small box captioned PDF
Click on that
Note: all books aren't available by this method
PS.Sorry, I just realised, that I missed a part of your question, I skimmed, BTW you can use that method to download PDF of solutions too
So you wanna download solutions of book,
Use Topperlearning.com, almost all solutions of all books, of CBSE OR ICSE OR STATEBOARD are there for free, you just have to login with Facebook, google or your phone number
