PLS FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

• have a real subject to take reference, if your subject is not real make a rough sketch or a model of it for further reference.
• decide which angle your drawing in.
• take inspiration from other sketches / pinterest.
• draw free style! use all colours, make it flowy and abstract.
• start from shapes; detail them; finish them
• try drawing real people for practise.
• take inspiration from anime for  fashion illustration
