A perfect square should satisfy few conditions, only then it is termed as perfect square.

Starting with zeroes, a perfect square should always have even numbers of zero in the end.

A perfect squatre will never end up on 2, 3, 7 and 8.

Such that a perfect square will always end up in 1, 4, 5, 6 and 9.

The sum of the digits of a perfect square should be equal to 1,7,4,9.

Digit root is the sum of all the digits of a number until single digit number is reached.
