To find out the square root of 0.016 and corrected upto 2 places we first convert the decimal into fraction that is 0.016 to$\frac{16}{1000}$, if we square root the value of $\frac{16}{1000}$ we get $\frac{4}{10 \sqrt{10}}$now converting the fraction back to decimal we get the value of 0.12649.

Now as we can find that the value of the square root of 0.016 is 0.12649, and as the question asks us to find the value corrected up to 2 decimal, we can see that after 0.12 it is 6 more than 5. Hence rounding off we get the value 0.13.

Therefore, the value of square root of 0.016 after 2 places rounding off is 0.13.
