To find the Dimensional Formula of the given expression, you must know the dimension of the h, c, and G.

The Dimension of h (Plank's constant) is ML²T⁻¹.

The Dimension of c (sped of the light) is LT⁻¹

The Dimension of the G is M⁻¹L³T⁻²

∴ Dimension Formula of the given expression is ,

  ML²T⁻¹.LT⁻¹/M⁻¹L³T⁻² = M²L⁰T⁰

Hope it helps.
