how to find the side of a square , if area is given?

if the side of a square is 'a'
then
area=a²
a=√area

example:  if area is 100 cm²
side =√100=10 cm

Revolution: ok. u just study the squares of numbers between 1 to 20..then u will be able to find the roots...there aren't any other ways...

We can find the side of a square if the area if given by finding out the square root of the area.
