Depression drains your energy, hope and drive, making it difficult to take the steps that will help you to feel better..
But while overcoming depression isn't quick or easy. It's far from possible. You can't just will yourself to''snap out of it ", but you do have more control than you realize - even if your depression severe and stubbornly persistent. The key to start small and build from there.. .

Feeling better takes time, but you can get there by making positive choices for yourself each day....... keep smile.. Don't worry be Happy..

Being depressed can  make u feel helpless. You're not. Along with therapy and sometimes medication,theirs a lot you can do on your own to fight back. Changing your behaviour - your physical activity,lifestyle and even the way of your thinking.  
the ways to get out of a depression are:-
1. Set a Goal
2. Get in a Routine
3. Exercise
4. Eat Healthy
5.Get enough sleep
these all are the ways to get out of a depression.
