All you can do is three things. That's how I do it when by body aches after the gym workout.
1. Massage the area with oil. This would help in getting rid of the accumulated lactic acid.
2. Take hot water bath. That would relax your muscles as well.
3. Don't take rest. Go for the gym workout tomorrow as well 'cause if you don't, then it's gonna hurt even more. I know it would be difficult so don't be too hard on yourself. just do some jogging and stuff.
