How to improve or change the sad depressed persons?

IF THAT PERSON IS YOUR OWN SELF :

There are two ways under this :-

Temporary but the easiest one - Do a self assessment of what's bothering you, get to its roots, find a confidant, talk to them about it. Speak up to your parents, don't trust friends much tho, and just share your pain with a few, more likely just one, person you trust and who is capable of helping you, and seek clinical treatment of depression. You'll be surrounded with positivity, people will care, and you'll heal completely, mark that COMPLETELY.

Unfortunately, not everyone has such supporting positive people in life, don't panic if you're one of them, I have another, permanent way to deal with this, for you :

Permanent but the hardest method : If you choose this one , be prepared to face 10 times the pain you're already in, but one thing is promising, in the end, if you survive , you'll be healed, not completely, but you'll never be depressed again, obviously things would try to crush you down, but if you successfully pass through this, nothing's gonna bring you down, Nothing.
The key is, choose your way, but the goal should be to not eliminate, but to cope with your depression.
1. ACCEPT that you're depressed, accept the situations, don't escape, accept the world is cruel, accept every negativity. Just accept and then
2. EXPECT LESS, yes, you're depressed because you're expecting much from the world and from yourself, but unfortunately you can't give yourself that kick yet, you'll, but at the moment your mind is occupied with building castles in the air. Wake up, don't expect, say you're a dead body, a dead zombie who's just on one mission - to wipe out the world, that's it, don't utter a word more, don't think much.
3. EMBRACE your depression, embrace yourself, give yourself the love you deserve. We are depressed because we often forget who our soul belongs to, trying to chase the materialistic success out there, we tend to forget what's beating inside us, and for whom. You're here for yourself, your body is the vessel that protects your soul. You're your man, you're a mighty man, you've been over thinking and caring too much about the world that you forgot that your world is you, the true you. Everything else is not yours, you're not anyone's but yourself. Look in the mirror, speak to your reflection, promise it to sustain, sustain it. yeah, that works.

If you do these three things, depression will not fight against you, but fight for you, don't care about the world, care about the true world, that is YOU. Don't give a damm to anyone else.

IF THAT PERSON IS SOMEONE ELSE:

Don't be around them, unless you've conquered what I mentioned in Point 2) Permanent way to deal with it, above. You're your world, don't get affected by their negativity, be safe. But still, if you wanna go through the chain of falling for others and then falling for depression and then again falling back to yourself, then you're good to go, protect and help them the way you'd protect yourself.

→if ur problems are related about ur friendship then share with ur true/real friend





→all problems u can share with ur mom and dad





→keep ur own personal diary





→do meditations





→if u don't want to feel depressed, then concentrate on which u like most
