simply recall sin(2x) identity i.e.
sin(2x) = 2.sin(x).cos(x)
and also
[{sin(x)}^2] + [{cos(x)}^2] = 1
use them and then rearrange and integrate them.
sin(2x) = 2.sin(x).cos(x)
and also
[{sin(x)}^2] + [{cos(x)}^2] = 1
use them and then rearrange and integrate them.
