here, you can write 1=(sin^2 x+ cos^2 x)^2 in the denominator... then it becomes sin^4 x+cos^4 x inthe denominator then,you can cancel out with numerator then you get only integration of sin^2 x - cos^2 x and by solving this you can get the answer
