how to know in Atom how much electron ,proton,neutron

1)The atomic number of the atom of the elements tell us the number of protons in the nucleus of the shell of the atom.
2) If an atom is neutral in charge then the number of protons will be equal to the number of electrons.
3) The mass number of an element is the sum of it's number of protons and the number of neutrons. So, the number of neutrons is equal to Mass number minus Number of protons.

Learn the atomic and mass number of that element, and if its atom is neutral, number of protons and electrons of that is same as its atomic number, and that of neutron is the difference between mass and atomic numbers.
If the atom is charged, a.k.a. an ion, just subtract or add the number of electrons from it according to the charge it carries, rest all remain same.
