The best way you can lose weight is by adjusting your dieting. Excluding the unhealthy foods and substuting them with greens. Otherwise you just have to hit the gym and burn extra calories from what you consumed.

u do exercise early morning..it will help u a lot..
and yes join gym...the key point..
and all u can do is work more don't depend on a sedentary lifestyle.
