still i am writing which food items to consume to satisfy hunger and in addition some of the products which will lower down your percentage of fat in body.

 ✯ best way is to eat energy bars when hungry!
 ✯ include multi vitamins in diet.
 ✯ say no to pizza, burger, chips etc which add fat to body.
