➖➖What exactly are polyatomic Ionic compounds?
✔️They are the molecules made up of 2 or more atoms and having a molecular charge is known as polyatomic ionic compounds...
➖➖follow these Steps to name the polyatomic ionic compounds..
✔️Firstly write the cation name and anion name is written in the second name
✔If for example a formula contains 2 and more polyatomic ions remember to write them in parenthesis brackets i.e"( )" and write the subscript about side the bracket..
️✔️If cation is having metal ion with a fixed charge the cation name is same like Na is sodium..
✔If that metal ion is having variable charge use Roman number in parenthesis brackets like.. :-
e.g:------ Fe3+ = iron(III) ).
️✔If the anion is a monatomic ion, name the anion by adding the suffix ""-ide""".to the root of the element name
(e.g:------- I = "iodide").
