How to preapre for indian economic services from 2?

The preliminary requirement is the degree of post graduation in economics or applied economics.The preparation could be done along with post graduation course or after completing it .There are total 6 papers wherein the 4 papers are based on economics only and the other 2 papers are english and GS. For each economics paper go for foreign writer and indian writer books, along with it update yourself with EPW newsletter, Yojana magazine,Economic survey, RBI report, Human development index, World bank report and all such reports and surveys. Infact for various topic do prepare from internet ,its very helpful. The details of good books could be searched on internet and self preparation along with a private tutor would be a better option. Along with preparation review syllabus ,stick to it and try to solve previous year paper. best of luck..
