We can't send videos , sorry but I can give u in a written way. .....
Step 1. Take out those spring like things by sliding it.
Step 2 -: take out that middle part.
Step 3 -: Make holes in the middle of the paper and put it inside that.
Step 4 -: close it .

make hole with hole punch hole to any paper
and remove that strip on the file and insert the strip in the hole of paper passing through file
