How to relax mind and soul after a long monotonous schedule..?

by listening your favourite music u can relax yourself or by playing games and ya by doing those things which u like the most like watching movies or whatever u like............

By doing yoga and exercise daily which keeps us mentally fit and strong and also physically good.
