To run a canteen, first we need to promote its name and any special thing attached to it. For this we can spread about it through word of mouth, or through social media or Whatsapp groups. We should ensure that food procured is from quality shops with a repute. We should keep staff who know how to work in a systematic and cordial manner. We should also maintain proper hygiene and sanitation in and around the premises of the canteen. There should be proper disposal of garbage and filth also. The canteen area, kitchen, furniture etc. should be cleaned daily. Food must be covered properly and no fly or other insects should sit on it. The records and expenses must also be maintained on daily basis.
This is the best way to run a canteen.
