To save a file you can click on the folder icon at the top left of the screen. a popup will ASP you to name the file and designate where you want to save it. After that, just clicking the folder icon or using tithe Ctrl-S hotkey will save the file.

To save a file in MS-word
- Go to the File option in the extreme left corner of the page
- Go to Save As option which is the 4th option
- Now save the file with so&so.docx extension
- Select the location (for example Desktop, libraries etc.)
- Press save option .

- Go to file in extreme left of the desktop screen
- Go to open option
- Now type the name of the file
- The file is opened
