Hi friend!
There was such a feature before in this Brainly app. We could start personal chatting with anybody even if we are in the lower levels like Beginner or Helping Hand. But many people used to misuse this feature. So they completely removed this feature.
Then after some updates they introduced it again, but this time you could only chat if you have answered 1000 questions in all our you are a moderator of this app. However you can still chat with moderators any time. And also in the public comments.
