3x+(1/2)=(3/8)+(x/4)

3x - 
(x/4) = (3/8) - (1/2)

(3x*4 - x) / 4 = (3-(1*4)) / 8

(12x - x) / 4 = (3-4) / 8

11x /4 = -1/8

11x = 4*(-1/8)

11x = -1/2

x = -1/2 / 11

x = -1/22
