Answer

>11 egg
L.C.M of 2,3,4=12
H.C.F of 1,2,3 (i.e remainder)=1
so 12-1=11 egg

Answer:  The women has 11 eggs.

Step-by-step explanation:  Given that a women drop eggs. She says if eggs are divided into 2 remainder is 1; if divided in 3 reminder is 2 and if divided in in 4 remainder is 3.

We are to find the number of eggs she has.

Let n be the total number of eggs she has.

Then, we must have

n=L.C.M.(2,3,4)-H.C.F.(1,2,3)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~(i)

We know that

L.C.M. stands for the least common multiple and H.C.F. stands for the highest common factor.

So,

L.C.M.(2,3,4)=4\times3=12,\\\\H.C.F.(1,2,3)=1.

Therefore, from equation (i), we get

n=12-1=11.

Thus, the women has 11 eggs.
