1)(+)-(-)= add it and put the sign of greater number
1 - (-2)= -2
2)(+)+(-)= subtract it and put the sign of greater number
3 + (-1) = 2
3)(-)*(+) = multiply and put negative sign
(-2)*3 = -6
4)(-)*(-) or (+)*(+) = multiply and put the common sign
(-1)*(-2) = -2
3*4 = 12
