How to sort data in spreadsheet

To sort a sheet:

1.Click View and hover the mouse over Freeze. Select 1 row from the menu that appears.

2.The header row freezes. ...

3.Click Data and select Sort Sheet by column, A-Z (ascending) or Sort Sheet by column, Z-A (descending). ...

4.The sheet will be sorted according to your selection.

Highlight the group of cells you would like to short. To select the entire sheet if your columns have titles click data has header row. Select the column you would like to be sorted first and weather you would like that column sorted in ascending or descending order.
