honorable chief guest respected dignitaries on the dais......teachers and my dear friends...a very pleasant morning to one and all..i am very thankful to god that i got the privilege to deliver the welcome speech...today we have gathered here to.....(mention the function)......short description of it...........first and foremost i would like to welcome our chief guest.......who has accepted our invitation and reached here to spend his valuable time with us........i would also like to welcome......(any other personalities who are imp).....i would also like welcome our beloved teachers....last but not the least i would like to welcome all my dear friends............once again i welcome you all for....(function)...thank you
